The Virtual Preneed Assistant (VPA) is a custom-built lead management platform that was designed for preneed agents and managers. This platform, designed and built by The Kilpatrick Group, has grown from our Legacy version into our New version in order to help preneed agents with their daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to sell preneed. The New VPA continues to get regular updates that are user-driven to ensure that agents are working on a platform that makes sales and management easy.
